For many, ChatGPT is primarily a content writing tool. However, ChatGPT's capabilities extend far beyond that. Here's an example of an ad monitoring tool that can be easily developed by any adept developer with the aid of ChatGPT.

Introducing a new generation ad monitoring tool.

This next-generation ad monitoring tool informs users about why they should or shouldn't consider a specific product by understanding and summarizing its description.

Ad monitoring isn't a novel concept, tools like this have existed before. However, with ChatGPT, we can finally add a personal touch to them.

The more a user interacts with the tool, the better it understands the user's preferences and needs. It learns over time as the user provides more details.

Potential Applications:
- Real estate (properties for sale or rent)
- Vehicles for sale
- Essentially all peer-to-peer classified marketplaces.

I believe tools like these would save time and assist users in making more informed decisions. It can be effortlessly integrated with our mailbox, allowing us to subscribe to alerts on platforms like Craigslist, OLX, and other classifieds. The tool takes care of the rest.

Let's look at a specific example within the real estate industry.

Suppose a user is looking to buy an apartment:
- The user, in free text form, specifies their requirements, detailing what's important and what's not.
- They indicate how strict their search is and where they can make compromises. For instance, they may be willing to trade off square footage for a better location.
- While ChatGPT can't interpret pictures, if a renovation isn't mentioned in the description, it's likely the apartment is older.
- It can determine whether amenities such as a pool exist, their proximity, and if there's a gym in the condominium itself or nearby.
- It can discern if there's an HOA and the extent of the fees.
- The tool can also understand market trends, informing the user if the property is a unique or rare find compared to others.
- It can gauge how long the property has been on the market and if there's interest from other buyers. While real estate agents can easily interpret this information, regular buyers often can't. ChatGPT can fill that gap.
- It can also comprehend the style of the property and whether it aligns with the user's tastes.

I can easily envision companies like Redfin or Zillow acquiring a startup like this.
